WELL HELLO again!!! I BACk from a summer of doing nothing . Exercising was going great for about 2 weeks then I just got busier and busier. ANd I Will be the first to admit it was fun just being Lazy! WELL on AUGUST 27 I started HCG. I was very sceptical at first. THe only thing you here is the 500 calorie diet. WELL there is other versions. ANd my friends were doing it and look great!I'm doing the 800 and feel fine. I haven't been hungry. So far I've lost 21 lbs. I cheated once. I finally mastered homemade pizza and had to taste. I gained a pound from it! UGH! BUT I Got back on track and today I lost 3.2lbs. Yeah me! I'm at 3 weaks in phase 2. 3 more to go!
